Pressure Gauges

  This Bourdon Tube stainless steel pressure gauge is an ideal choice for measuring pressure values in gaseous and liquid aggressive media.It is available with either a back or a bottom entry and is ideal for use in chemical/petro-chemical, power stations, mining and offshore environments as well as other industrial applications. It has a clearly visible white dial and a stainless steel case.

Pressure Transmitters

• 

  Our wide range of pressure transmitters for industrial applications a 4-20mA signal which can be sent via a 2 wire loop system to your instrumentation. The sensor is housed in a stainless steel unit which incorporates the sensor and electronics. The unit is threaded 1/4 in BSPP for easy insertion into your application. A DIN 175301-803 A L-connector allows the user to simply wire the loop to the sensor. These pressure transmitters are easy to install and set up.

Chart Recorders

• SM500F - Field Mountable Videographic Recorder

  

  The SM500F is a field-mountable Videographic recorder. Its unique enclosure design enables wall-, pipe- or panel mounting of the unit. Process data is displayed clearly to the local operator through a variety of display formats, including chart, bargraph and digital indicator displays. Additionally, process data is logged securely to the removable memory card. Ethernet communications provide convenient remote monitoring of the process and access to logged data.

• SM1000

  

  The SM1000 is a state-of-the-art solution to recording and data storage. It provides 12 recording channels and up to 12 universal analog inputs which can be viewed in a variety of display formats: chart, bargraph, digital indicator and process summary. Historical logs are provided for recording alarms, operator and system events and totalizer values.
The SM1000 has onboard Flash memory for secure storage of process data and a Compact Flash memory card option.

  The SM2000 is a state-of-the-art solution to recording and data storage. It provides 12 recording channels and up to 12 universal analog inputs which can be viewed in a variety of display formats: chart, bargraph, digital indicator and process summary. Historical logs are provided for recording alarms, operator and system events and totalizer values. A high quality, 14cm (5.7 in.), TFT display and analog, resistive touchscreen provide a clear and intuitive user interface. The SM2000 has an onboard Flash memory capacity of 8Mb providing storage of up to 2.9 million samples and a Compact Flash memory card option.

The SM3000 Multipoint Videographic Recorder features state-of-the-art data storage and security technologies. Up to 36 universal analog inputs, communicated inputs or math results can be recorded and displayed in a variety of operator views. 8Mb of onboard flash memory, capable of storing 2.8 million samples of data, and the option of Compact Flash removable memory cards provide extensive data storage capabilities

Temperature Transmitters

• SEM206TC Thermal Transmitter

  

  The SEM206TC is a programmable temperature transmitter that accepts thermocouple temperature probes and converts sensor output to a standard industrial (4 to 20) mA transmission signal. The SEM-P will accept PT100 Probes. PC configuration allows the user to select TC type, Range, units and Burnout direction, without requiring calibration equipment. Configuration is performed quickly using a our new USB port driven configurator by simply connecting two clips to the SEM206TC loop terminals and following the software instructions. Calibration set up may be saved as a file on the PC for later use.

Thermocouple Cables

  Thermocouple cables can be produced in all types of insulation in a range of sizes in single and multi-strand conductors. We can also offer single pair and multi pair cables. Special constructions to meet your exacting requirements are our speciality. Thermocouple cables are manufactured to IEC584-3 Colour Codes. We are, however, able to offer many alternatives to this including customer designated colours. Please note there may be minimum manufacturing quantities applicable, especially for extruded products.
